JOHNSON COUNTY EXTENSION HOMEMAKERS GARAGE SALE

At this two day event (April 17 and April 18), visit the Nimble Thimbles booth and buy a raffle ticket to win the Raffle Quilt made from fair quilt blocks from last year. Proceeds from the raffle are split among the Johnson County Family and Consumer Sciences-FACS teachers who teach sewing and fiber arts. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Nimble Thimbles has a second booth where you can purchase items handmade by quilt club members.

With the help of members of Nimble Thimbles, you can make this year’s Fair Quilt Block. Your block will be entered in the Johnson County Fair for judging and it then becomes part of next year’s fall raffle quilt.
